What we do
Much of "Knowledge" around us is accumulated and transmitted through documents. "Documents" are defined as complex information media including not only letters and languages but also images and diagrams. Recently, many of media such as videos, sounds, and even programs have been integrated into documents due to the development of electronic documents and WWW. We make researches on information processing to construct, retrieve, convert and create complex information media for fulfilling users' demands. And also, we study pattern recognition theory, and linguistic analysis as the foundation.
